Learn to Listen to Your Body
Slowing down and listening to your body is key to improving your well being. My classes and sessions provide an excellent opportunity to tune into yourself. I offer group yoga classes at my yoga studio, and group myofascial release sessions. I am a level 2 Reiki practitioner and offer private sessions in Reiki, yoga and myofascial release.
