Let Your Creativity Flow at Harmony Farm Retreat

April 23rd 1-4pm

14865 35th St, Perry, KS 66073-4174

$30

Join Angela at Harmony Farm in Perry as she leads you on a multi-faceted retreat to reconnect with your creativity. We will use meditation, yoga, fun creativity exercises, and exploring Harmony Farm to help you connect to your imagination and refuel your creative spirit. Everyone has a creative side! Sometimes we lose sight of it as we grow older and get distracted by life, or sometimes we are afraid to explore it over concerns of putting ourselves out there. Creativity, like yoga and meditation is a practice! So, whether you paint, write, knit, cook or some other form of creative practice, this retreat is for you! All are welcome no matter what your experience in yoga or “the arts” might be!

The retreat will take place April 23rd from 1-4pm at Harmony Farm, located at 14865 35th St., Perry, Kansas.  Harmony Farm is a magical space, with hiking trails, a labyrinth, and sacred spaces with altars scattered throughout the property. More detailed information about what to expect at the farm and images can be found here.
Please bring your yoga mat (and any props you may want), water and a notebook/paper and something to write with. We will be outside, so please dress accordingly, and wear shoes you can walk/hike in.
$30 payment can be made by Venmo to @Angela-Lexow or you send it via Paypal to angelalexow@gmail.com. Limit 20 students. Please contact Angela with any questions you may have!
