Reduce Pain & Improve Mobility
Myofascial self release is a technique that involves applying pressure, usually with a ball or roller, to an area to relieve pain and restore motion. Fascia is a network that runs throughout the body, over muscles and organs and can become tight or "stuck" in addition to muscles. Rolling brings back hydration and fluidity and may help you find pain reduction and release.
Your myofascial release session will be created around your needs. You will fill out an intake form prior to your first session with some information on injuries, illness and problem areas. We may work on a specific body area or several at once to relieve tightness and restore some mobility. I have all the props you will need, and I will teach you how to do the myofascial release on yourself.
