Private & Group Lessons

 I believe that yoga should feel good in your body.   I help my students learn about what works for their individual needs and issues.  Your practice does not have to look like anyone else's - especially what you see on the internet!  I teach a little bit of everything, including gentle yoga, vinyasa flow, power yoga, basic yoga, chair yoga, restorative and corporate yoga.   

Curious about private yoga sessions? Before your session I will have you complete a form to learn about any injuries or health issues, your goals and any experience you may have with yoga.  Your private lesson will be designed to fit your specific needs and goals.  Each session will be unique and different.
